How can I select the color of my product? 

You can add any special instructions including the color while you are in your shopping cart screen. In there, you will find a box named as "Order Special Instructions"  where you can type the color# or color name and any other comments.

- If you have more than 1 product in your cart, please add the colors for each item. 

Once we get your order, our team will contact you through email for any questions, constraints or comments about your order.

When will my order be shipped?

After an order is placed, each order is "printed to order". It will take 3-5 days to ship out.

For special or custom orders that may required extra time and labour to process, it may take up to 7 business days before the product is shipped out. However, you will get updates about the status of your order.

Do you have more products available?

Yes, we have more than a 1000+ products available in our store.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has started the printing proces or shipped.

Can I return my order?

Since all of our orders are "Print to order" not all of them would be considered or qualified for a return/refund. However, we invite all our customers to contact our support team about anything related to their orders so we can come up with the best solution for them. Apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
